We have made this very simple for you. Just browse the shop on our site, select the items you are interested in to find out more and add them to your cart. You can then go back to the shop to look at the other items on offer, or checkout. You will be shown a list of your choices at checkout, which you can then add to or remove from your cart, and when you are happy with your selections you can checkout, and you will be taken to Paypal to complete the order. When ordering online, payment is required up front in £ (pounds sterling) using Paypal (all major cards accepted, and no account needed).


Once you have paid you will receive an email confirmation of your order through Paypal which will list what you have ordered and how much you have paid. If your order amounts to over £15 in total (goods only) then we will not charge you for delivery, it’s on us!





We do not store any card details once your order has been processed. Our payments are processed through PayPal which are encrypted for your protection and are totally secure.




Cocoa Libre Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.


Cookies are used on this site where they are necessary for the site to function as it should. They are used to aid navigation, and to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. If you turn off cookies, unfortunately you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use them.




Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.


We hope you love our products and come back for more!! Be assured though, if for any reason you decide to cancel your order you can do so by returning the goods within 7 working days from your purchase for a full refund. Please contact us by phone or email at the address above to let us know. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we’ll reimburse your costs in returning it to us. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. We cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. Any goods returned must be unopened, in the original packaging.




Every effort is made to process and dispatch all items ordered within 2-3 working days (weekends and bank holidays excluded).

Please ensure your Paypal address is correct. Incorrect postcodes given at the time of the order may cause a delay or even loss of goods which we are not liable for.


Your items will be dispatched by first class post via Royal Mail. We can currently only deliver to UK Mainland addresses. We currently offer postage for orders up to £15 at £3.50 standard. Any orders over £15 receive their postage free of charge. All prices shown include VAT.


We cannot accept responsibility for a delay in the delivery of the items caused by the delivery service. Please be aware that at peak times e.g. Christmas, and during certain events, or adverse weather conditions, delays may occur. Please enjoy!
